Product & Cannabis Questions

THCa flower is cannabis flower that is high in tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, the precursor to Delta 9 THC.

In its raw form, THCa is not psychoactive. When heated, it converts to Delta 9 THC. Our THCa flower is hemp-derived and tested to remain under 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, which is the current federal standard.

Hemp derived products are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill as long as they stay under 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight. Tennessee currently allows compliant hemp products, including THCa, within that limit.

Laws change and can differ by state, so we always recommend checking your local regulations before purchasing or traveling.

Lab Testing, Quality, and Transparency

Yes. Every batch we carry is tested by a third-party lab for potency and compliance, and many are also screened for contaminants such as heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbials. Certificates of Analysis are available so you can see exactly what is in your product.

A COA shows cannabinoid percentages, confirms the product is under 0.3 percent Delta 9 THC by dry weight, and may list test results for things like heavy metals or residual solvents. We are happy to walk you through reading a COA in-store, or you can check the linked COAs on eligible product pages.

We focus on growing and sourcing premium, small-batch flower that meets our internal standards. Some strains come directly from our own production, and some come from trusted partner farms that share our approach to quality and compliance.

We never put something on the shelf that we would not be proud to smoke ourselves.

Ordering, Shipping, and Pickup

Yes. You can shop THCa flower, hemp-derived Delta 9, and other products online, then choose in-store pickup at checkout. We will prepare your order, and you can skip the line when you arrive.

We ship eligible hemp-derived products to select states where they are allowed under current law. At checkout, you will see if your shipping address is eligible.

If your state is not available, it likely has restrictions that prevent us from shipping there at this time.

Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier, but most orders leave our facility within 1-2 days and arrive at your doorstep within a few business days after that. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

At Dr. Wonderstone, we stand behind the quality of what we sell and believe in handling issues with fairness and transparency. If something is not right with your order, our team is here to help.

THCa Flower

Due to compliance regulations, we do not accept returns on THCa flower, whether opened or unopened.

That said, if your flower arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Flower Products

Returns or exchanges may be accepted on eligible non-flower retail products under the following conditions:

Unopened products

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original, sealed packaging and include proof of purchase.

Opened products with issues

If a product has been opened and you believe there is a defect or problem, such as receiving the wrong item, a faulty device, or damaged packaging, please reach out to us. We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a verified product issue.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact your sales account manager directly with any concerns regarding a wholesale order.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Both in-store and online, we accept common payment methods that are compliant with hemp regulations, such as most credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash (in-store), subject to change as payment processors update their rules. We do not accept American Express due to their hemp regulations.
