By accessing or using our website — including our online store, retail services, or wholesale portal — you agree to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you don’t agree with these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Site.

 

1. Who We Sell To (Eligibility)

To shop with us, you must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to purchase hemp-derived cannabis products in your location. We require age verification at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we believe it violates these requirements.

 

 

2. Staying Legal (Your Responsibility)

All of our products are 2018 Farm Bill compliant, containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. That said, laws vary by state and city — it’s your responsibility to know what’s legal where you live. We do not guarantee legal compliance outside Tennessee and are not responsible for orders seized due to state or local restrictions.

 

 

3. What We Sell (Products & Use)

We offer high-quality, hemp-derived cannabis products for adult personal use only. Unless you’re an approved wholesale partner, our products are not for resale. Everyone reacts differently, and we make no medical claims, promises, or guarantees about effects.

Use responsibly and at your own risk. Always consult your physician before using cannabis products — especially if you’re pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

 

 

4. Payments & Processing

All payments — both in-store and online — are processed securely through LeisurePay. Sales tax is collected where required by law based on your shipping address.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders if we detect fraud, unauthorized resale activity, or misuse of our services.

 

 

5. Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days.

We only ship to U.S. states where our products are legal. Please double-check your local laws before ordering — you are responsible for knowing whether hemp-derived cannabinoids are allowed in your state.

We are not liable for delays, lost shipments, or packages held due to legal restrictions in your area.

 

 

6. Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident shopping with us. If something’s not right, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re here to help.

  • THCa Flower: Due to compliance regulations, we’re unable to accept returns on flower. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us. We’re happy to make it right with a refund or store credit, at our discretion.

  • Unopened Non-Flower Products: These may be returned in-store within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • Opened Products: If you experience an issue with an opened product, please let us know. We may offer an exchange or store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Wholesale Orders: Please contact your sales account manager directly to discuss any return or exchange options.

Final decisions on refunds or exchanges are made at the discretion of Dr. Wonderstone LLC — but we’ll always do our best to take care of you.

 

 

7. Your Account

Creating a customer account on our Site is optional, but it makes tracking orders and managing purchases easier. If you choose to sign up, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and not sharing it with others.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate our Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

 

 

8. Wholesale Access

Approved wholesale partners may access a separate subdomain to view pricing and place bulk orders for legal THCa flower. Wholesale access requires proper verification and may involve providing resale certificates or business licenses.

9. Intellectual Property

Everything on this Site — including branding, images, graphics, copy, and product names — belongs to Dr. Wonderstone LLC. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

We use a combination of tools to run and improve our Site, including:
