Hemp Flower Sales

Due to the consumable and regulated nature of hemp flower, all hemp flower sales are generally considered final.

Dr. Wonderstone may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund or exchange for hemp flower on a case-by-case basis. These accommodations are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Hemp flower
  • Clearance items
  • Promotional or limited-time discounted items
  • Any item expressly marked “Final Sale”

Eligibility for Returns or Refund Consideration

For eligible non-flower products, Dr. Wonderstone may consider a return, refund, or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

All return, refund, or replacement requests are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed.

Hemp Flower Experience Disclaimer

Individual experiences with hemp flower can vary based on personal tolerance, consumption method, storage, product handling, and expectations.

Product descriptions, terpene profiles, potency ranges, strain characteristics, and other product details are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees of any individual experience.

Dr. Wonderstone does not offer refunds or replacements for hemp flower based on subjective dissatisfaction, including but not limited to:

  • Perceived harshness
  • Flavor or aroma preferences
  • Effects differing from expectations
  • Variations from descriptive language
  • Personal preference regarding texture, trim, appearance, or moisture level, unless the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged before shipment

Wholesale Orders

Returns on wholesale orders are handled individually. Please contact your sales account manager directly to discuss any concerns with your order.

Returns Due to Dr. Wonderstone’s Error

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive:

  • An incorrect item
  • A missing item
  • A product damaged before shipment
  • A defective non-flower product

If the issue is confirmed to be the result of an error on our end, Dr. Wonderstone will cover return shipping when needed and provide either a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Return or Support Review

To request a return, report an issue, or ask for support, please contact us:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested for damaged, incorrect, or defective products.

Our team will review your request and provide next steps if your order qualifies for review.

Return Shipping

For approved returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our end
  • Returned items must be shipped according to the instructions provided by our support team
  • Items must be returned in the condition required for the approved return

Dr. Wonderstone is not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Return transit may take 5 to 10 business days
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed
  • Financial institutions may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund

Total processing time may take up to four weeks, though most refunds are completed sooner.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise approved by Dr. Wonderstone.

Partial Refunds or Store Credit

In certain situations, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Store credit may be offered instead of a refund depending on the product type, order details, condition of the item, and the circumstances of the request.

Policy Authority

Dr. Wonderstone reserves the right to:

  • Determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, exchanges, or credits
  • Deny requests that fall outside the scope of this policy
  • Deny requests involving abuse, misuse, fraud, or repeated policy violations
  • Modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and credits are final.
