Shipping Eligibility

Dr. Wonderstone ships federally legal hemp-derived products within the United States where permitted by law.

All products sold through our website are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

At this time, we do not ship to the following states:

  • California
  • Colorado
  • Idaho
  • Arkansas
  • Hawaii
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Oklahoma
  • Oregon
  • Rhode Island
  • Utah
  • Vermont

We also do not ship outside the United States or to U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping availability may change based on state laws, local regulations, carrier policies, or operational needs. Dr. Wonderstone reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped due to destination-based restrictions.

Customers are responsible for knowing and following the laws in their state and local area before placing an order.

Billing & Shipping Address Verification

For security and fraud prevention, orders with a billing address that does not match the shipping address may be placed on hold for verification.

If your order is held, our team will contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Orders that require verification will not be processed or shipped until verification is complete.

If we cannot verify the order information, or if we do not receive a response within 7 days of our first contact attempt, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Dr. Wonderstone reserves the right to cancel any suspicious, unverifiable, or high-risk order at our discretion.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Processing includes:

  • Reviewing and verifying order details
  • Preparing products for shipment
  • Securely packaging the order
  • Preparing the shipment for carrier pickup

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume order windows, processing times may take longer. We always work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carrier & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service, or USPS.

USPS delivery times vary based on destination, mail volume, weather, holidays, and carrier operations. Most orders arrive within a few days after shipment, though delivery may take up to 7 business days in some cases.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed
  • USPS holiday schedules may affect transit times
  • Dr. Wonderstone does not control USPS operations once a package is in transit

Estimated Delivery Dates

Our product pages, cart, or checkout may display estimated delivery timing based on order cutoff times, processing windows, carrier transit estimates, and destination.

These estimates are provided for convenience only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • USPS delays
  • Weather
  • Seasonal shipping volume
  • Carrier routing issues
  • Address issues
  • Events outside our control

By placing an order, you understand that any delivery date shown on our website is an estimate only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on USPS rates and may include any required signature or age verification fees.

Because our products are intended for adults 21 and older, some shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Dr. Wonderstone is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Orders shipped to an incomplete address
  • Delivery delays caused by address errors
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details

If an order is returned due to an address issue, we may offer reshipment at the customer’s expense. Refunds, if issued, may exclude original shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. Tracking updates are provided by USPS and may not show real-time movement at every stage.

Returned Packages

If USPS returns a package to Dr. Wonderstone because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal by the recipient, or another delivery issue, we will contact you to determine next steps.

Depending on the situation:

  • Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee
  • Refunds, if issued, may exclude original shipping charges
  • Returned packages will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order is accepted by USPS, the package is under the carrier’s control.

Dr. Wonderstone is happy to help provide tracking information or general guidance, but customers are responsible for filing claims directly with USPS for lost, delayed, or missing packages.

Dr. Wonderstone is not responsible for:

  • Packages delayed by USPS
  • Packages marked “Delivered” by USPS but not received
  • Packages lost after carrier acceptance
  • Packages damaged in transit after carrier acceptance
  • Packages held by the postmaster for inspection

We recommend shipping to a secure address and monitoring tracking once your order has shipped.

Weather & Seasonal Delays

Severe weather, natural disasters, holidays, high shipping volume, or other events outside our control may delay delivery.

Dr. Wonderstone is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, seasonal volume, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Partial Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately. If this happens, tracking information will be provided for each shipment when available.

Hemp Product Shipping Notice

Dr. Wonderstone products are hemp-derived and federally legal under applicable federal law. However, hemp-derived products may still be subject to additional review, carrier scrutiny, inspections, or destination-based restrictions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping hemp-derived products, including possible delays, inspections, carrier issues, or restrictions outside our control.

Shipping Provider Limitations

At this time, USPS is our primary shipping provider. We may add or change shipping carriers in the future to improve service, reliability, or availability.

Policy Updates

Dr. Wonderstone reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately once posted on this page.
