At Dr. Wonderstone, we stand behind the quality of our products and believe in treating customers with fairness and transparency. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

THCa Flower

Due to compliance regulations, we do not accept returns on THCa flower, whether opened or unopened. However, if your flower arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us. We may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

Non-Flower Products

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible retail products that are not flower-based, under the following conditions:

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in original, sealed packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened Products with Issues

If a product has been opened and you believe there is a defect or issue (e.g. wrong item, faulty device, damaged packaging), please contact us. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. If the return is approved, we’ll provide next steps for shipping or in-store return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Any THCa flower products (unless we approve a refund based on a verified issue)
  • Opened products without a quality issue
  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products without original packaging or proof of purchase

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
