We ship premium, hemp-derived cannabis products to adults 21 and over across the United States — in full compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Below you’ll find all the details on how and where we ship, timelines, and what to expect once you place an order with us.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the United States to states where hemp-derived products are legal. It is your responsibility to know and understand your local and state laws before placing an order.
If we are unable to ship to your location due to legal restrictions, your order may be canceled or delayed.
Shipping Carriers and Speed
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days
- Delivery Time: USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 1–4 business days after shipment
Please note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with USPS.
If you don’t see a confirmation email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@drwonderstone.com.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, package size, and destination. We do not currently offer free shipping, but may run occasional promotions that include discounted or free shipping.
Signature & Age Verification
By law, all purchases must be made by customers 21 years of age or older. You may be required to verify your age during checkout or upon delivery. Some deliveries may require an adult signature.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be age-verified.
Lost, Delayed, or Seized Packages
Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. Dr. Wonderstone LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We are also not responsible for packages seized or denied due to state or local laws. Please confirm product legality in your area before ordering.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS first. If you’re unable to resolve the issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm your address and invoice you for re-shipping costs.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
